Architectural details of the Russian Orthodox Church in Yaroslavl.
Chapel of Alexander Nevsky.
This small chapel was built in 1892 in typical Russian style featuring intricate brickwork and a tent-roofed belfry. Built to commemorate the fact that Tsar Alexander III and his family survived a major train accident in 1888.
