Milestone Tall Bearded Iris.
Plough, R. 1964 / I. 1965
From Cooley' s Gardens catalog for 1968: A combination of butterscotch yellow standards and dahlia purple falls, hafts overlaid brown. A blue-purple blaze in the center of the falls extends up to and under the beard.
From Schreiner Iris Lover' s catalog for 1973: Truly exotic! Standards of rich butterscotch, heavily fluted at the base. Falls dahlia purple with smooth brown hafts and a blue blaze below the deep yellow beard. Vibrant.
