Trdelnik - famous local Czech traditional pastry. Doughnut style snack which involves dough wrapped around a wooden pole and grilled in front of you over coal. The snack is almost like a sweet nutty doughnut sprinkled with sugar and nuts. Especially nice with a bit of nutella or ice cream, the original one mostly cooking with Cinnamon. Sold almost everywhere in Prague and in all Czech Republic.
