Description
MANTRA OF BEAUTY. WISFOM INSIDE by JENNY RAINBOW.
Macro detail of the iris flower.
The meaning of the Greek word iris means, rainbow. The plant of iris is named after the goddess 'Iris' because of its beauty and because of the varied colors in the flowers of this genus. In Greek legends and mythology, the goddess 'Iris' was the messenger who traveled on the rainbow between the lands of Human beings and the Gods. The flower of iris implies a message and a promise of hope. The meaning of this flower is often associated with valor and wisdom.
This flower belongs to the iris family of flowers, which includes more than 300 species of similar flowers, that are commonly found in most regions of the world as wild plants and decorative plants as well. Because of the abundant varieties of this flower around the world, its meaning differs from region to region depending upon its color. The general meaning states the three leaves of iris symbolize of faith, valor and wisdom.
The wisdom lives inside how we choose. We craft and create our lives through choices. Tiny ones, big ones. I deeply believe that no choice is too small or insignificant. In fact, it's the tiniest, smallest, seemingly insignificant choices that we make everyday that are often the places where we lose ourselves, but also where we can find ourselves alight. Why? Because every single choice is a mirror of our voice, a reflection of who we are. Choosing a paint color for your wall or choosing a brown couch over a red couch may feel like no big deal, but it leads to the next "no big deal" choice - the ones we make all day long in the grocery store, on the playground, in the dressing room. If we're not leaning in to hear our own voices to inform those everyday choices we make, then we're in danger of not recognizing our voice (aka our power, our light, our truth) when it comes time to make those big decisions in marriages, in work places, in the questions that keep us up at night.
Choosing takes practice.
We can practice everyday by leaning in and listening to what is calling us.

Recomendations for prints - better looks on semi-matte or luster paper, also such type perfectly suits for the metallic prints. _____________ Please feel free to contact me if you want to buy this work.
